Overview

Jennings were appointed with the challenging demolition of a redundant multi story office block in Leeds city centre situated at the side of a very busy highway . The project was completed on time in budget and safely. Protection scaffold was erected to the road side and dismantled floor by floor with the building. Particularly the logistics side of the project was a challenge with the site located with in leeds town centre, Jennings produced a traffic and pedestrian management plan to cover these issues . The demolition was carried out by mechanical methods using our own high reach demolition excavator .
