Since 1958, Jennings has provided factory demolition services. Some of the earliest demolition projects we worked on were textiles and cotton mill factories built during the Industrial Revolution. Today, these characterful buildings tend to be saved for repurposing, with buildings constructed later primed for demolition.
Factory demolition is necessary so that new construction can begin. Many of Britain’s manufacturers shut down in the 80s and 90s. This process left behind hundreds of derelict buildings and land with no purpose.
