Overview
The works consisted of carrying out licensed asbestos removal, demolishing a number of buildings, cutting a four storey building in half to leave half standing for refurbishment, grubbing up the sub structure, crushing all the arisings and finally hauling the crush off site for recycling. These works needed precise planning as they had to be completed on a live site at the same time as ground workers and brick layers ect. began the construction of over 100 new build houses.
