All demolition work is carried out by our own experienced team. Every new project undertaken has an experienced project manager assigned to it. Demolition experts in Hull
Following nearly 60 years in the industry, we have a unique and fully-qualified understanding of demolition. When we look at a site for the first time, we see right through it and form an impression of how we’d deconstruct it.
Over our expansive career, we’ve seen new construction, building and health and safety regulations come and go. We’ve seen new deconstruction techniques surface. We’ve used countless machines. Suffice to say, we know what works and what doesn’t. By choosing Jennings, you’re choosing an experienced and qualified company to work on your project.
We’ve had the pleasure to work on a wide range of demolition projects from the smallest to the largest. We specialise in big building demolition, such as high-rises and multi-storey car parks, and small building demolition, such as garage blocks. We offer site clearing, crushing and de-building services to suit the project at hand.
We’re happy to work as a contractor or sub-contractor. We work with construction firms, house builders, councils, consultants, project management firms and anyone else requiring professional demolition. All projects are quoted for free.
We don’t just do demolition
Jennings is a multi-talented demolition firm. We do more than just demolish. We offer pre-construction advice for all projects, licensed asbestos removal, licensed chemical removal, asset recovery, temporary works, bulk excavation and plant hire.
All these services are offered alongside our demolition service or as standalone services to suit your needs. If you require one or the other, that’s fine with us.
One of our most popular services is temporary works. Temporary works are sometimes necessary to allow permanent works to be built. We specialise in shoring, popping, foundations, façade retention, formwork and falsework. We can arrange temporary works at short notice to suit any project.
Another popular service is asbestos removal. We are licensed and qualified to carry this service out. Safe asbestos removal and disposal is a legal requirement in the UK. We’ve removed the asbestos in hundreds of buildings prior to demolition or building works. We perform onsite surveys to determine the best method of removal.
What you can expect from us
We’re professionals. You can expect courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable advice on all aspects of demolition work. We’re able to advise on all aspects of demolition and deconstruction as well as asbestos removal and site clearance.
As for the work itself? It’ll be fully project managed and carried out to the highest possible specification. We have our own team of experienced personnel, comprising workers and supervisors, to get the job done. Every Jennings employee who works on your project will be experienced and fully-qualified to be there.
We also take our environmental responsibility seriously. We’ve identified areas in our demolition process where we can minimise our impact on the environment. All waste is disposed of responsibly and remediation is available to remove pollutants and contaminants from soil, groundwater, surface water and sediment.
We’re happy to work alongside other tradespeople and firms on your project. For example, you might have a construction firm building new houses 200-metres from your latest demolition site. We’ll work with you and your contractors to ensure an efficient service. No interruption will be made through our presence alone.
